Balmer Elected to SICSA Board

DAYTON OH, June 3, 2013 – Joseph Balmer, an attorney with the Dayton law firm of Holzfaster, Cecil, McKnight & Mues has been elected to serve a 3 year term on the board of directors for SICSA. SICSA (The Society for the Improvement of Conditions for Stray Animals) has partnered with the Dayton community for the past 39 years to promote the welfare of animals and their relationships with people. Balmer has been an attorney with HCM&M for over 20 years and is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.
